We are seeking Dental Assistants / Registered Dental Assistants to join our growing, team-oriented practice and work alongside our pediatric, orthodontic, and general dentists. This role is ideal for professionals who combine technical skills, attention to detail, and a caring, child-centered approach to patient care. What You'll Do Provide compassionate care, helping children and families feel comfortable during visits Assist dentists with clinical procedures and tasks allowed under your practice act Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment following OSHA and office protocols Record patient treatments and chart updates accurately Anticipate dentist needs and support efficient patient flow Educate and answer patient and parent questions about oral health and treatment What We're Looking For Completion of dental assisting coursework or relevant training; Registered Dental Assistant license preferred Compliance with state dental practice requirements (X-ray, OSHA, etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and team members Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric environment Compassionate, patient-focused, and a team player Why Join Sugarbug?
