The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team by providing exceptional patient care and assisting in various dental procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, aseptic techniques, and familiarity with both general and specialized dentistry practices such as endodontics and pediatrics. Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing the necessary instruments and materials. Maintain accurate medical documentation for patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations. Manage appointment schedules, including coordinating with patients for follow-ups and reminders. Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and work areas to maintain a safe environment. Support front office operations as needed, including handling basic dental receptionist tasks. Stay informed about advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care. Skills Proficient in medical documentation practices. Experience as a dental receptionist or familiarity with front office systems is preferred. Knowledge of endodontics, pediatrics, pediatric dentistry, and general dentistry practices. Strong understanding of aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Familiarity with dental terminology to accurately assist in procedures and documentation. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
