Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Dental Assistant to join our GP/OS dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional chairside assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care across various dental specialties Your expertise in dental procedures, infection control, and medical documentation will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your comprehensive dental assisting skills while contributing to the health and confidence of our patients. Monday - Thursday Some Fridays Duties Must have experience with digital work flow and AOX full arch. Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures including restorations, root canals, prosthodontics, and pediatric treatments with precision and professionalism Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly in accordance with aseptic techniques Take high-quality X-rays and operate advanced medical imaging devices such as 3D scanners to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning Manage patient records efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic while maintaining HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality Conduct vital signs assessments and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures to ensure safety and well-being Support infection control protocols by adhering to strict sterilization standards and maintaining a sterile environment at all times Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team including reception staff to ensure smooth patient flow from check-in to check-out while handling dental receptionist duties when needed Skills Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology to accurately assist in various procedures Experience with Open Dental Skilled in chairside assisting techniques including four-handed dentistry for increased efficiency during procedures Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and sterilization procedures within a dental clinic environment Join us as an Experienced Dental Assistant if you're passionate about delivering top-tier patient care in a fast-paced environment!
