This role combines front desk administrative support with clinical assistance, ensuring a seamless patient experience from appointment scheduling to treatment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care while managing essential office operations. Your expertise in dental terminology, office management will drive the efficiency and professionalism of our practice. Duties Greet patients warmly, Schedule appointments accurately using open dental Assist the dentist during procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take dental radiographs Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Educate patients on oral hygiene Assist with scheduling and patient records as needed Handle front desk responsibilities such as answering phones with excellent phone etiquette, managing patient intake forms, and coordinating follow-up appointments Support administrative tasks like filing, data entry using Microsoft Office tools, and supplies Qualifications Clinic experience in a dental office environment with strong knowledge of dental terminology Dental Assistant preferred X-ray certification preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Experience with dental software is a plus Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; typing speed of at least 10-key for efficient data entry Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join our team where your enthusiasm for healthcare combined with your administrative expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
