We offer a work environment where our employees are truly appreciated for their professionalism, friendliness, and dependability. This is a unique position that combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the dental/orthodontic field and be trained in a well-rounded role. Experience in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred, but not required if you are a fast learner. We are willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities include:
Clinical:
Greeting and seating patients for treatment Sterilizing instruments and disinfecting operatories Intraoral scanning Taking x-rays and photographs Tying and untying archwires Chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry techniques Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure instructions
Administrative:
Answering phones Scheduling appointments Collecting payments Helping maintain a smooth and welcoming patient experience Ideal candidate: Friendly, warm, and professional Detail-oriented and dependable Willing to learn both clinical and front-office duties Able to multitask in a busy orthodontic setting Dental assisting training preferred, but not required The position is for 3 days/wk. Salary commensurate with experience.
