Pediatric Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)

Position:

Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)

Schedule:

Full-time (4 days/week)

Hours:

6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts) What We're Looking For DA or RDA (Required) Coronal Polish Certificate (Required) Front office experience is a plus Ability and willingness to cross-train in both front and back office is highly valued We are looking for someone who: Loves working with children and values patient education Builds genuine relationships with patients and families Is a strong team player who contributes to a positive culture Is organized, dependable, and proactive Takes pride in delivering high-quality care Responsibilities Welcome patients and families and create a warm, positive experience Prepare patients for treatment while ensuring comfort Assist during operative procedures Take dental radiographs Perform coronal polishing (coronal polish certificate requirement) Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Set up and break down operatories Sterilize instruments according to regulations Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment areas Accurately update electronic patient records Skills & Qualifications Experience as a dental assistant required Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols Strong understanding of health and safety standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—especially with children Detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable Comfortable with technology and digital charting Benefits Medical benefits 401(k) with employer matching Paid vacation days Why You'll Love It Here We've built a strong, supportive team culture and are passionate about continuing to grow together.
