Duties Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and manage appointment scheduling using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix Assist dental providers during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and handing necessary supplies Requirements Proven experience in dental office settings or clinics with strong knowledge of dental Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, documentation review, and appointment scheduling efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse patient populations Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage front desk operations seamlessly Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing top-tier dental care while supporting your professional growth.
