Registered Dental Assistant

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the dentist chairside efficiently during a variety of procedures Take accurate digital X-rays and intraoral images Prepare, disinfect, and break down the operatories promptly Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards Anticipate the doctor's needs to ensure smooth, productive appointments Ensure instruments and materials are ready for each procedure Deliver a professional and positive patient experience Support front/back office workflow as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Active California RDA license (required) X-ray certification (required) Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience preferred Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to take direction and follow office protocols Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
