Travel Between Locations You will work at multiple established orthodontic offices, including: San Bernardino
- Approximately 5 days per month Rancho Cucamonga
- Approximately 3 days per month Palm Desert / Rancho Mirage
- Approximately 2 days per month Responsibilities Assist the Orthodontist during patient treatment Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures Take digital X-rays and orthodontic photographs Perform orthodontic assisting duties as permitted by California law Change archwires, ligatures, and orthodontic appliances as directed Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain accurate clinical records and charting Sterilize instruments and maintain treatment areas Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care QualificationsRequired Orthodontic assisting experience (Preferred) Current California Dental Assisting credentials, as applicable Current X-Ray Certification Current CPR Certification Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Preferred Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Orthodontic Assistant Permit (OA) Experience with digital orthodontic systems Bilingual English/Spanish What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly and professional Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults Organized and detail-oriented Adaptable to working in multiple office locations Passionate about creating outstanding patient experiences Hospitality Dental Group & Orthodontics has proudly served Southern California since 1971.
