The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a sterile environment to promote patient safety and comfort. Duties Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Utilize a 3D scanner for capturing precise dental impressions as needed. Maintain accurate medical/dental records while in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Ensure a clean and safe working environment. Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene practices. Follow up with patient post treatments. Ability to travel between two office locations is preferred Experience Candidates should possess relevant experience in dental assisting or a related field. Familiarity with prosthodontics is preferred but not mandatory. A strong understanding of dental terminology, medical records management, and aseptic techniques is essential for success in this role. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism is key.
