We are patient focused, fun, engaging and our goal is to provide excellent pediatric and orthodontic services to the greater San Diego area! We are looking for a lead RDA who is experienced in management, can culture a positive work environment, can mentor and motivate a team ! Join our team and help provide the best pediatric and orthodontic dental experiences for the greater San Diego area!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures using 4-hand dentistry
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
  • Take and develop dental x-rays
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  • Perform dental charting and documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Open Dental and Dolphin
  • Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Conduct patient assessments and record vital signs
Experience:
  • Familiarity with orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is required
  • lead RDA experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Education/License Infection Control Coronal Polish Pit and Fissure Basic Life Support Radiograph Compensation is based of years of experience, certifications and licenses.
