Key Responsibilities:
Perform teeth whitening treatments according to company protocols and safety standards Prepare and clean treatment areas before and after each client Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly Schedule appointments and provide basic information to clients Address client questions and ensure a positive customer experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant experience. Proficiency in dental terminology, instruments, and procedures. Knowledge of Oral Surgery and infection control protocols and sterilization techniques. Ability to take accurate dental X-rays and maintain digital records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental team members. Attention to detail and organizational abilities for managing patient records and scheduling. Familiarity with open dental software and computer skills for administrative tasks. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings or weekends if required.
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
