We are looking for a professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and confident chairside who wants to be part of a long-term team. This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants should already feel comfortable assisting during restorative procedures, working within digital workflows, and supporting a productive clinical schedule with minimal training. • 32/hr depending on experience 401(k) with matching Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Continuing education Paid training Employee dental benefits Referral bonus opportunities Long-term growth potential Key Responsibilities Assist chairside using 4-handed dentistry Support restorative and crown procedures efficiently Prepare and break down operatories Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Capture high-quality digital X-rays and scans Take impressions and assist with lab tasks Maintain accurate charting and clinical notes Help create a calm, polished patient experience Anticipate doctor's needs and maintain clinical flow Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Current X-ray certification Strong chairside restorative experience Knowledge of sterilization and operatory flow Professional communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Preferred Experience RDA license CEREC / same-day crown workflows iTero scanning Dentrix software Experience in a private practice setting Schedule Full-Time Monday-Thursday and some Saturdays In-person position in San Jose (95129) How to Apply Please apply directly through Indeed with: Your resume Thoughtful responses to the screening questions Qualified candidates will be contacted for next steps.
