Dental Assistant DA/RDA

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, qualified and skilled Dental Assistant DA/RDA to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and treatments. Prepare and maintain the dental operatory by ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Take digital X-rays as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for patient management, scheduling, and record keeping. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain aseptic technique to prevent infection and ensure patient safety. Support patients with a gentle approach in general dentistry. Perform administrative tasks such as managing patient records and scheduling appointments. Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Assistant Plus. Familiarity with dental software systems (Dentrix ) is a plus. Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control practices in a dental clinic setting. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members. Ability to assist in both general dentistry and pediatric dentistry procedures.
