- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental scheduling software (Eaglesoft, Epic, etc.)
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the office system
- Assist the doctor with various oral surgical procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a dental assistant.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using dental office software systems (Eaglesoft, Epic, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
