Who This Role Is Perfect For This position is ideal for someone who: Enjoys both clinical assisting and patient interaction at the front desk Is adaptable and quick on their feet Takes initiative and steps in wherever the team needs support Wants to grow and learn You are someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do—you anticipate needs and take action . What You'll Own Assist chairside with a calm, efficient, and patient-centered approach Take x-rays, intraoral photos, and 3D scans Set up and break down operatories and maintain a clean, organized clinical space Sterilize instruments and support infection control protocols Help guide patients through their visit with a friendly, professional demeanor Support front office when needed: scheduling, confirming appointments, and patient communication Verify insurance, assist with treatment coordination, and collect payments Help keep provider schedules full and running smoothly Step in wherever needed to support the team and patient experience What Makes You a Great Fit Dental assisting experience required Current X-ray license and BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days) 8 hr CA Board approved Infection Control and 2 hr Board approved DPA Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable switching between clinical and administrative tasks Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Why You'll Love It Here 3-day weekends, every week Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to grow your skills both clinically and administratively A modern, organized, and patient-focused practice Benefits include: Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Ongoing training and development How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with a PDF resume and a short paragraph (3-5 sentences) sharing what you enjoy most about working in dentistry and what kind of team environment you thrive in.
