Dental Assistant Full Time

Dental Assistant - Full Time Lifetime Smiles of OC is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with patients, and wants to be part of a positive, high-performing team. We are not simply looking for someone to assist chairside. We are looking for someone who helps create an exceptional patient experience, communicates confidently, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about the people they serve.

Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting in general and cosmetic dentistry Operatory setup, breakdown, sterilization, and infection control Digital x-rays, iTero scans, and clinical photography Patient education and post-operative instructions Lab case and inventory management Supporting efficient clinical flow throughout the day What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional communication skills Ability to anticipate needs and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Team player who takes ownership and pride in their work Experience with iTero is a plus CEREC experience is a plus but not required If you speak a second language, please let us know

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday Occasional half-day Fridays as needed
