Lead Dental Assistant/RDA

Lead RDA Assistant-Supervisor We're seeking a high level Lead RDA Supervisor who can lead and keep the back office running smoothly, and hold the team to a high standard or care and efficiency. We are looking for Someone that can:

• Maintain a clean, compliant, and fully stocked back office environment
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and coordinate necessary maintenance
• Supervise and support the back office team across multiple providers
• Proactively manage clinical flow to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime
• Order dental supplies
• Take initiative to troubleshoot and solve minor issues before they escalate
• Lead implant related ordering and ensure accurate inventory of surgical materials
• Mentor and train dental assistants, especially on implant workflows and clinical protocols
• Assist chairside during general and basic orthodontic procedures
• Maintain a professional, patient focused atmosphere consistent with our high standards This is a fulltime position Monday-Friday Looking forward to hearing from you!

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Dental office: 5 years (Required) Dental lead/supervisor: 5 years (Preferred) Dental chairside assisting: 5 years (Preferred) Dental supply ordering: 5 years (Preferred)
