As our Petaluma office transitions into full-time operating hours, we are looking for a dedicated, highly motivated Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our clinical team immediately. If you are passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. The Role You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and providing top-tier care to our diverse patient base. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including a willingness to work some weekends and commute between our Petaluma and Santa Rosa offices as needed to support team coverage and patient scheduling. Key Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures. Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures. Take and develop high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays). Educate patients on postoperative and general oral health care. Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients to ensure they feel comfortable and understood. Maintain strict adherence to all infection control and sterilization protocols. Support front office and clinical staff in maintaining an efficient daily workflow. Required Qualifications Active CPR Certification. Active Dental X-Ray Certification. Active Infection Control Certification. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Reliable transportation for commuting between practice locations. Availability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional weekends. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred, though motivated individuals meeting all core certifications are encouraged to apply.
