Job Description

Our long established Orthodontic office has a fantastic opportunity for the right individual. We are excited to find a new dental assistant who wants to join our bustling, fun-loving dental office long term.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The optimal candidate will be an experienced RDA or DA with previous orthodontic experience. Specifically we are searching for someone who has a positive attitude, is energetic and friendly, a team player who has a great work ethic and will continue our policy of excellent patient care.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ortho records: intra/extra-oral images, x-rays, impressions, 3D scans Basic Ortho chairside skills: size bands, ligate/remove arch wires, prepare/isolate teeth for bonding, place separators, etc.
Patient education:
oral hygiene instructions, appliance instructions (braces, Invisalign, expanders, etc.) Other responsibilities: helping with patient charting, maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment, sterilization, supply inventory. If you have previous dental experience, are willing to learn and are dependable and self-motivated, please respond with a resume and short cover letter describing your work goals, previous experience and availability. HOURS:
We are looking for a full time employee 3-4 days a week. Our hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Thursdays are 8:30-5:30pm.
COMPENSATION
Competitive hourly compensation based on qualifications and experience Benefits for full-time staff: retirement benefits, medical benefits, paid holidays, uniform compensation and up to 5 weeks PTO.
