W2 About The Opportunity Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a dependable, mission‑driven Dental Assistant to support Dental and Podiatry services in a structured, outpatient clinic‑based environment in Rohnert Park, CA . This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community‑focused setting serving senior populations. As the center continues to grow, monthly visit volume and weekday coverage will increase — offering long‑term stability and professional growth. The Setting This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model. Clinic staff are on-site full time Organized scheduling and predictable patient flow Coordinated, team-based care environment Value-based model focused on seniors CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics — allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care. What You'll Do Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures Support Podiatry visits and eventually transition to all four specialties (Dental, Audiology, Podiatry and Optometry) Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Support patient intake and documentation Maintain infection control and sterilization standards Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team What Makes This Different This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment. Our dental assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team.
