The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both Endodontics and Oral Surgery and be confident working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Dental Assistant Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Prior experience in Endodontics and Oral Surgery Proficiency with TDO software Ability to take and process CBCT scans/X-rays Strong knowledge of sterilization and surgical setup protocols Comfortable assisting with surgical extractions, and root canal therapy Excellent patient care and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a specialty setting Front Desk experience Dental terminology and knowledgeable of insurance

Responsibilities:

Assist doctor during endodontic and oral surgery procedures Take CBCT, periapical, and other diagnostic imaging as needed Prepare and maintain sterile surgical trays and operatories Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth clinical experience Enter clinical notes and treatment information accurately in TDO Provide pre-op and post-op patient instructions

Dental Marketer Requirements:

Experience in dental or healthcare marketing preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with referral-based specialty practices a plus Ability to build and maintain referral relationships with general dental offices Organized, proactive, and results-driven Basic understanding of dental terminology preferred

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with referring dental offices Promote specialty services (Endodontics & Oral Surgery) Coordinate patient outreach and referral tracking Help increase patient flow through community and doctor outreach
