Job Description

Image Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and organized Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in growing their skills in orthodontics. While prior orthodontic experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and develop in this specialty. Schedule This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 1 Saturday a month Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunity to earn bonuses based on individual and practice performance Opportunities for professional development and growth within the practice Health benefits package Paid time off and holiday pay Positive and supportive work environment Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and adjustments Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with safety regulations Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain treatment rooms Follow strict infection control and safety protocols Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support overall clinical efficiency and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications Dental Assisting Certificate required Valid X-ray certification Infection control certification Interest in orthodontics and willingness to learn Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required — training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
