$28 to $30 per hour About Us We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. Position Summary The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures, help ensure a positive patient experience, and assist with daily clinical operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with patients and contributing to a team-oriented practice. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for procedures Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments Take and develop dental X-rays (as permitted by state regulations) Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Record patient information and update dental charts Schedule appointments and assist with front-office duties as needed Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Qualifications Dental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferred Current X-ray certification (if required by state regulations) Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dental software is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance 401K Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive team environment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their experience and qualifications.
