We are looking for a Dental Assistant or orthodontic assistant (OA) with a bubbly personality , a kind heart , and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in our brand-new orthodontic start up. No experience necessary! We are willing to train you from scratch - as long as you have the right personality for our office!
Who We're Looking For:
A team player who's flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed A bubbly and kind personality that patients and teammates enjoy being around Someone who treats others with respect and kindness —always Excellent customer service and communication skills Willing to help with administrative tasks in addition to patient care A quick learner who's open to wearing multiple hats in a growing startup Someone who works well with patients of all ages - pediatric, adolescent and adults Ability to assist effectively in various dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort Excellent organizational skills for managing medical documentation and patient records Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, parents, and team members
Responsibilities:
Disinfect and sterilize instruments and orthodontic tools Set up and break down operatories for each patient Organize archwires, elastics, and orthodontic supplies Photos and basic records for patients Assisting the orthodontist during procedures We can train you in: Infection control procedures to maintain a clean clinical environment Radiation training/how to take CBCTs Basic dental assisting tasks Future opportunities: Can guide you in obtaining RDA or OA certificate in the future (if applicable or desired) Part-time position can transition into a full-time position in the future
