The Plus Group is hiring Dental Assistants or Registered Dental Assistants for a community clinic that is a fast-paced and patient-focused dental office in Vacaville, CA! We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are eager to grow their skills and be part of a supportive team. What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to support efficient dental care. Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Assist the dentist during procedures by suctioning, passing instruments, and providing materials. Maintain sterilization, infection control, and compliance with the Dental Practice Act. Document patient care accurately in records. Help manage dental or medical emergencies as needed (CPR certified). Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. (For RDA candidates) Perform expanded duties such as coronal polishing, cementation of temporary crowns, pulp vitality testing, and placement of liners, wedges, and matrices.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Dental Assistant Certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License. X-Ray Certificate Infection Control High school diploma or GED; externship completion. Current CPR certification (BLS required) Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
