We are looking for a team member who is: Highly organized and detail oriented Comfortable in a busy multi-column schedule Positive, adaptable, and coachable Strong with communication and patient rapport Proactive and able to anticipate clinical and scheduling needs Comfortable with digital dentistry and technology Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for restorative procedures Digital radiographs and intraoral scanning Charting and treatment documentation Fabrication of temporaries Assisting with patient flow and schedule management Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown Supporting overall team efficiency and patient experience The ideal candidate: Works well independently and as part of a team Learns doctor preferences and clinical workflows quickly Maintains efficiency while delivering excellent patient care Is comfortable receiving feedback and adapting to systems Understands the importance of timing, preparation, and schedule awareness in a productive practice environment RDA preferred. Experience with digital workflows and restorative dentistry strongly preferred. Working interview required for final candidates.
