The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position requires a compassionate individual who is comfortable working with patients of all ages, and is committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment. Minimum one year experience preferred. Duties Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring that the necessary instruments and materials are readily available. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit, including medical history and treatment plans. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols. Monitor vital signs of patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure their comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment in accordance with aseptic techniques. Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices to promote overall dental health. Support pediatric dentistry by creating a welcoming environment for young patients and assisting with child-specific procedures. Skills Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping practices. Strong understanding of four-handed dentistry techniques to assist effectively during procedures. Ability to monitor vital signs accurately and respond appropriately to patient needs. Familiarity with aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile work environment. Competence in medical imaging, particularly X-ray procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
