Our private orthodontic practice is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and truly caring Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our close-knit team. If you are a hard-working professional who stays calm under pressure and brings a positive attitude to work every day, we would love to meet you! What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Provide exceptional, kind, and gentle care to our orthodontic patients. Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their parents. Work collaboratively as a supportive and reliable team player. Thrive and stay organized in a fast-paced, busy clinic environment. Maintain strict patient confidentiality and attention to detail. Handle routine problem-solving with a proactive attitude. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of dental office experience OR formal dental assisting training required.
Language:
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred to best serve our wonderful Spanish-speaking community.
Tech Skills:
Strong computer proficiency is required; clinical photography skills are a major plus!
