Job Description
Westlake Smile Studio is a boutique cosmetic and restorative dental practice offering a premium patient experience with services ranging from porcelain veneers and full mouth rehabilitation to implant dentistry and facial aesthetics. We're looking for a motivated, personable Dental Assistant to join our team. If you're a new grad eager to learn, or someone experienced and seasoned looking to further develop your career, we want to hear from you. We'll train the right person. What we can't train is attitude — so we're looking for someone who already brings warmth, hustle, and heart. What You'll Do Chair-side assisting during a variety of dental procedures Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms Digital x-rays and intraoral scanning experience preferred, but not required Communicating clearly and warmly with patients before, during, and after their appointments Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills — patients notice everything Self-motivated and reliable — you take ownership without being asked Fast learner who's comfortable in a fast-paced environment True team player who lifts the people around them Patient-centered mindset — you genuinely care about the experience you create New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply Dental assisting certificate or enrollment in a DA program preferred, but not required for the right candidate What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$30/hr based on experience Part time Wednesdays and Fridays to start, days will be added as we train you up Hands-on training in a high-end cosmetic and restorative practice Opportunity to grow with a practice in active expansion A supportive, professional team environment Please email your resume along with desired wage.
