The EDDA will work closely with the dentist and other dental team members to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting and possess excellent communication skills. ```Responsibilities```

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Perform chairside assisting, including passing instruments, suctioning, and providing patient education
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
• full scope of EDDA work ```Requirements```
• Proficiency in using Dentrix software for record keeping
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs
• scanner ( final impressions) knowledge is preferred.
