With at least 2 years of dental experience. Specific qualities we are looking for: We are willing to train this position for the right personality fit. Can handle a fast-paced environment. Can take an FMX in under 5 minutes. Can take ortho photos with a professional camera. Can follow a checklist and keep up with cleaning duties. Can do sterile/lab. Can assist in all types of dental procedures, including, but not limited to; extractions, implant placements, fillings, crowns, sealants, Invisalign, root canals, pulpotomies, and wisdom teeth. Can do sealants alone (with dry shield). Can polish teeth, floss, and give OHI. Has a great attendance history at work. Can make a temp crown, or is willing to learn Is prompt, stays on time, and arrives at work on time. Can help with monthly deep cleanings, such as cleaning autoclaves, cleaning ultrasonics, deep cleaning ops, deep cleaning breakroom, and deep cleaning floors. Works well with others.
