Are you someone who loves helping people, staying busy, and being part of a positive team environment? Our growing dental office is looking for an energetic and motivated Hygiene Assistant to help keep our hygiene department flowing smoothly while creating an amazing experience for our patients every day! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the dental field. We provide on-the-job training and love helping team members build confidence and new skills!
What You'll Be Doing:
Seating and welcoming patients. Reviewing medical histories. Taking digital x-rays. Assisting with periodontal charting/probing depths. Helping create and review treatment plans. Scheduling appointments and helping manage schedule flow. Making patient care calls and follow-ups. Supporting our hygiene team so appointments run efficiently. Helping create a warm, upbeat, and positive patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and team-player mentality. Energetic, motivated, and dependable. Great communication and people skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Someone who enjoys learning and growing. Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
