REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
(RDA)•
FULL-TIME
Our busy, multi-doctor general dentistry practice is seeking two Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
SCHEDULE
Full-Time Monday•Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist doctors during restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, endodontic, pediatric, and preventive procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, sealants, fluoride treatments, and expanded functions as permitted Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in good standing Current CPR/BLS Certification Dental Radiology Certification Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a multi-doctor dental practice Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software Expanded Functions certification (where applicable) Experience with comprehensive treatment planning and same-day treatment Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
