This role focuses on providing excellent chairside support while helping ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our dental team, maintaining a welcoming environment, and upholding the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. You will be part of building something great from the ground up, working closely with providers and team members to deliver high-quality care to every patient. We welcome applicants with 1-2 years of dental assisting experience who are eager to learn, grow, and advance their careers in a supportive and professional environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance across various dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry Prepare and break down treatment rooms following proper infection control and sterilization protocols Assist with dental procedures, including taking X-rays, capturing 3D scans, recording vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort and positioning Accurately document patient information, treatment notes, and medical histories in EMR systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar) Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards Monitor and restock dental supplies and notify leadership when inventory is low Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality Collaborate with front office staff to support efficient scheduling, documentation, and patient flow Maintain knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient care best practices Qualifications 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (entry-level candidates with strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply) Proficiency in chairside assisting, X-ray operation, and infection control practices preferred Radiography (X-ray) certification required Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar systems is a plus Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to new technologies, including digital imaging and 3D scanners Join Admire Dental and be part of an exciting new office where you can grow your skills, contribute to a positive team culture, and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day.
Pay:
