Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with every Friday through Sunday off!) Target Start Date:

Free dental care within the office (excludes external lab fees) for you and your household Key Responsibilities As a core member of our clinical team, your daily responsibilities will include: Chairside Assisting:
Assisting the doctor during a variety of restorative and surgical procedures using four-handed techniques. Patient Education & Communication:
Clearly explaining upcoming clinical procedures and terminology to patients, and delivering comprehensive, easy-to-understand post-operative care instructions. Clinical & Lab Work:
Fabricating temporary crowns, taking digital scans, delivering and adjusting a variety of removable appliances, and working with dental labs to fulfill cases. Diagnostics:
Taking high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images. Taking and monitoring patient vital signs during sedation procedures Documentation & Charting:
Updating clinical records, accurately verifying and updating patient medical histories, and writing detailed, comprehensive clinical chart notes. Inventory & Logistics:
Participating in tracking inventory, organizing clinical stock, and ordering dental supplies to ensure the team has everything they need to succeed. Hygiene Support:
Actively assisting our hygienists with room turnovers, breakdown, and preparing instruments to keep the clinical day running smoothly. Sterilization & Safety:
Managing instrument sterilization, infection control protocols, and maintaining a pristine clinical environment. Office Care:
Participating in routine office maintenance to keep our practice welcoming (including vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces). Patient Care & Accessibility Support:

You must be able to efficiently use or quickly learn Open Dental practice management software and DTX Studio imaging software. Required Experience & Skills Clinical Experience:
Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred, especially within general dentistry environments. Core Competencies:
Proficiency in dental assisting tasks such as chairside assisting, taking X-rays, and infection control practices is essential. Software Familiarity:
Familiarity with practice management software such as Open Dental , Eaglesoft, or Dentrix will help streamline patient management processes. Clinical Knowledge:
Knowledge of dental terminology and coding enhances accuracy in documentation and communication. Advanced Imaging:
Experience with advanced imaging tools like 3D scanners is advantageous for supporting diagnostic procedures. Safety & Compliance:
Demonstrated ability to follow aseptic techniques and infection control standards consistently ensures patient safety. Practice Flow:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced dental clinic environment.
