Job Description

Jennifer K Hargleroad DDS MS Professional LLC is a patient‑centered pediatric dental office committed to creating a calm, encouraging, and positive experience for every child and family we serve. We are seeking a Pediatric Dental Clinical Coordinator to help lead our clinical team, support patient flow, and ensure exceptional clinical and service standards are met every day. This is an ideal role for an experienced pediatric dental assistant or clinical lead who enjoys mentoring others, staying organized, and being a key part of a collaborative practice. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day‑to‑day clinical operations to ensure smooth patient flow Support, guide, and mentor dental assistants and clinical team members Assist the dentist during pediatric procedures as needed Oversee clinical schedules, room readiness, and treatment setup Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and office policies Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, front office, and providers Obtain state surgical assistant licensure to assist in hospital and surgery center settings Help onboard and train new clinical team members Inventory management Support a positive, calm, and child‑friendly environment for patients and families Qualifications Dental Assistant, Radiology and Nitrous Oxide certification Pediatric dental experience strongly preferred Prior leadership, lead assistant, or coordinator experience a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Team‑focused mindset with a warm, professional demeanor Confidence working with children and parents in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer Supportive, team‑oriented culture Consistent schedule with work‑life balance Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunities for growth and professional development Join us to lead pediatric dental services with enthusiasm and professionalism!
