Job Description

Dental Assistant
  • Full Time Genesee Pines Dental is a privately owned (non-corporate), patient-focused dental practice seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.
We pride ourselves in providing top-tier, ethical, and conservative dentistry in a warm and positive environment. Our office is located at 7800 ft elevation in Genesee Town Center, about 30 min west of Denver right off of I-70. We have large bay windows overlooking the mountains, I-70, and the plains with ample natural light. We utilize top of the line materials and techniques, and leverage technology to educate patients and provide high end cosmetic and functional restorations. Our office has two intraoral scanners, a Cerec mill, a CBCT and a 3D printer. Duties/Responsibilities chairside assisting for a wide range of procedures
  • training will be provided for less familiar tasks radiographs and intraoral images 3D scans and eventual design of restorations on computer polishing/finishing restorations outside of the mouth treatment room setup and breakdown coordinate w/ lead assistant daily schedule assist hygiene with charting, radiographs if needed patient education and communication maintaining accurate clinical records (doctor notes after training on templates) maintenance of various dental equipment daily cleaning of the office and operatories OSHA officer Qualifications Professional, positive attitude and excellent communication skills when issues do arise Assisting experience preferred but not required if open to learning Current radiography certification Proactive with finding and completing unfinished tasks Outgoing with patients Strong communication skills with both patients and team members passion for using technology and modern techniques to improve patient outcomes desire to expand skillset and grow Approximate Hours Mon•8:45 to 5, Tues•7:45 to 5, Wed•7:45 to 4, Thurs•6:45 to 2
