We're looking for a skilled, positive, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice! If you love working with patients, take pride in excellent clinical care, and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you. This position is 3 days per week, 9am-5pm: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety—chairside assisting, patient education, and teamwork—all while helping deliver a great patient experience every day. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during exams and procedures using four-handed dentistry Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with strong attention to sterilization and aseptic technique Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Manage and update patient records in Open Dental Polish and floss patients following cleanings Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Utilize 3D scanning technology for impressions when applicable Maintain inventory and assist with ordering dental supplies Keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly Support front-office tasks when needed (answering phones, scheduling, patient flow) Be a reliable team player who jumps in where needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of dental assisting experience Solid knowledge of dental terminology and infection control protocols Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred Experience with 3D scanners a plus Front desk experience is a bonus Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay calm, organized, and detail-oriented under pressure.
