Build long-term relationships with patients who genuinely appreciate their care. Your Role As our Dental Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the patient experience. We're looking for someone who is reliable, personable, and excited to bring both skill and heart to the role.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit Taking digital x-rays, photos, and 3D scans Maintaining accurate patient records in Open Dental (experience preferred) Keeping instruments/equipment clean and organized Educating patients on hygiene and post-op instructions Pitching in with office tasks to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For At least 3-5 years of experience as a dental assistant (required) Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems (Open Dental experience a plus) Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor Detail-oriented, organized, and able to stay calm in a busy environment A true team player who's positive and dependable Benefits We Offer Health insurance Paid holidays + paid time off 401(k) with match + retirement plan Professional development opportunities A workplace that respects work-life balance Schedule Full-time, 8-9 hour shifts Monday through Thursday 3-day weekends every week!
