Orthodontic Assistant

Our office is growing! Highlands Ranch Orthodontics is a sister-owned, private orthodontic practice, and we've recently opened our second location. We're looking to add a warm, friendly, and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to our growing team! This position is 3-4 days per week to start , with the opportunity to grow as this office continues to expand. We're seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This role includes taking diagnostic records and radiographs, assisting with patient care and clinical procedures, and supporting the orthodontist during appointments. Responsibilities also include changing and adjusting archwires, assisting with bonding braces and attachments, taking impressions and digital scans, fabricating Essix retainers, sterilizing instruments, setting up and breaking down treatment rooms, and providing patient education on oral hygiene and appliance care. Our assistants play a vital role in creating the exceptional patient experience we're known for by helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their orthodontic treatment journey.

Duties may include:

Taking digital X-rays and photos Sterilization and operatory setup Fabricating Essix retainers Using our Trios/Medit scanner Assisting with Invisalign/clear aligner treatment Patient education and treatment coordination We're looking for a positive, adaptable, go-getter who is eager to learn and grow with our practice.
