Position Summary As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our doctors and clinical team. From preparing treatment rooms to educating patients and assisting during procedures, you'll help create an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors. What You'll DoClinical Excellence Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials Take and process diagnostic dental radiographs Review patient medical and dental histories prior to treatment Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked Patient Experience Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Educate patients on oral health and post-operative instructions Communicate clearly with patients regarding their care Support an efficient and positive patient flow throughout the day Team Collaboration Lead with kindness and professionalism in every interaction Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to provide outstanding care Take initiative and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace Help create an environment where both patients and teammates thrive What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience preferred Dental Assisting certification or credentials as required by Colorado Current CPR certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional patient care Open to coaching, mentorship, and continuous professional development Schedule 4-day workweek No nights No weekends No emergency call Enjoy a schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to do meaningful work every day.
