We're looking for a driven, patient-focused professional to join our Meriden practice — someone who thrives both chairside and behind the scenes. This role is built for someone who wants more responsibility, more impact, and a clear path forward. $20-$28/hr Based on experience Full benefits Medical, vision Growth track Lead & manage a team PTO + holidays Paid time off Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during exams, cleanings, fillings, and surgical procedures Oversee daily clinical and front-office operations and team workflows Train, mentor, and support junior dental assistants and front desk staff Maintain OSHA compliance, sterilization protocols, and infection control standards Manage supply inventory, scheduling coordination, and patient flow efficiency Deliver an exceptional, compassionate patient experience from check-in to discharge Qualifications CT dental assistant certification 1 + years of clinical experience Strong leadership & communication Radiography certification (preferred) Dental software experience a plus CPR/BLS certification Why join us?
