$52,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Greet patients and explain dental care treatment plans so they feel comfortable during the appointment Help dentists and dental hygienists during procedures or examinations by providing suction, handing off dental instruments, and ensuring chair-side accessibility to the team Assure all dental office infection control policies and safety regulations are met by disinfecting and sterilizing all equipment and instruments after use Evaluate and document vital signs for patients and update medical records Schedule appointments for patient care follow up, answer any questions they may have about dental hygiene, and provide postoperative instructions with methods for infection control of the patients' teeth and gums, after proceduresQualifications:
Superb interpersonal skills, customer service, organization, and excellent communication skills are desired Associate's Degree or a certification from a college or technical school training program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation is required Current BLS/CPR certification is required Experience with dental software, updating patient histories, and computer skills are needed Must possess a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB) About Company We are a group specialty practice aiming to deliver the best patient experience every day.Similar jobs in Norwalk, CT
