Pediatric Dental Assistant Manager

Qualifications 2-3 years of dental billing experience required Strong leadership skills with an interest in practice growth Pediatric dental management experience preferred Clear ambition to advance into a Dental Office Manager position Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Responsibilities Collaborate with management to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow Manage and support front office staff, including scheduling, appointment confirmations, and insurance verification Optimize schedules to meet and support production goals Partner with the billing team to ensure strong collections and alignment with financial objectives Support overall administrative and operational efficiency within the practice Experience Prior experience in pediatric dentistry is strongly preferred. please submit your resume for review.
