The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who wants more than just a job—you'll gain hands-on experience in advanced procedures and be part of a team that values growth, efficiency, and excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their skillset in implant dentistry and cosmetic procedures. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures, including: Implant placement and restorations Crown and bridge procedures Cosmetic/esthetic treatments Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos Maintain proper isolation and retraction during procedures Ensure patient comfort and provide a high-end clinical experience Review medical histories and chart accurately Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards Help drive smooth patient flow throughout the day Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred (new grads welcome if motivated to learn) X-ray certification (required or ability to obtain quickly) Interest in learning advanced procedures (implants, esthetics) Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent communication skills and chairside presence Ability to anticipate doctor needs and work efficiently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Training and exposure to advanced dentistry (implants, esthetics) Growth opportunities within the practice Supportive, team-driven culture Modern technology and systems Consistent schedule with strong work-life balance Why Join Us We are building a practice centered around quality dentistry—not insurance-driven treatment.
