Schedule Monday - Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities As an integral part of our clinical team, you will: Provide exceptional chairside assistance during a wide range of procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest clinical standards Capture high-quality digital radiographs Perform precise digital intraoral scans using iTero and Medit systems Fabricate well-fitting temporary crowns and take accurate impressions Assist with lab procedures, including pouring and trimming models Educate patients with clarity and professionalism on treatment and post-op care Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless daily operations and patient flow Qualifications Proven dental assisting experience in a fast-paced clinical environment (REQUIRED) X-ray certification (REQUIRED) Proficiency with iTero and Medit digital scanning technology (REQUIRED) Experience with Open Dental or similar practice management software preferred Strong clinical judgment, organization, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality patient care What We Offer Consistent full-time schedule — no weekends Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level A supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused team environment A modern, technology-driven practice setting Opportunity to grow within a well-established and respected dental group Apply Today For more information, contact Madelon directly at (617) 763-1422.
