Job Description
32 hours/week — Available Immediately A private orthodontic office in Boca Raton, FL, is looking for a skilled and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. This position is hands-on, patient-facing, and requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a willingness to support the clinical team wherever needed. We maintain a professional, positive, and fast-paced environment and are seeking someone dependable, friendly, and eager to grow. Key Responsibilities Take X-rays, digital scans, and dental impressions Perform sterilization and maintain clinical infection-control standards Assist with sizing and trimming wires Prepare teeth for bonding procedures Support the clinical team with daily patient flow and chairside assistance Maintain accurate documentation and follow office protocols Ensure all equipment and instruments are prepared and properly maintained Requirements Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred Strong attention to detail Professional, positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt Reliable and punctual Application Instructions (Important) To maintain confidentiality, all applicants must apply directly through Namami Inc .
