Job Description
Our modern family dental practice in Boynton Beach currently has a position open for Lead Dental Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a very stable full time position where they will get excellent training, have growth potential, and will be part of a great team with a positive work culture. This is a PPO/FFS practice focused on quality dental care and good customer service. The ideal candidate will be someone with the following:
- Positive attitude, team player, reliable and enjoyable to work with
- Has a desire to continue to improve and grow
- Is friendly, outgoing and good customer service skills
- Previous dental assistant experience will be required
- at least 2 years
- Ability to use intraoral scanner, make temp crowns/bridges, take efficient and correct x-rays (including PA's for endo), and perform assisting in all areas of dentistry
- This person will be in charge of supply ordering, and will need to be someone who is organized This job offers full time benefits
- health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, PTO, 401k, along with other perks. The work hours are M-F and are as follows: Mon 7:40-5, Tu 9:40-6, We 8:40-5, Th 8:30-6, Fr 7:40-1. Full availability of work hours is required for this position. Thank you for considering the position
