This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, responsible person who enjoys working with people and is eager to learn and grow. We are looking for someone with an upbeat, cheerful personality, a positive attitude, and a true "can-do" mindset. Our ideal candidate is a team player who takes initiative, is willing to learn new skills, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. Monday- Thursday 7:30 am -5:00 pm Applicants should be familiar with general dentistry procedures, restorative treatment, fixed and removable prosthetics, taking X-rays and scanning.
Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Follow OSHA and CDC sterilization and infection control guidelines Assist the doctor with four-handed dental procedures Take X-rays , impressions and scans Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Build positive relationships with patients and team members Be willing to learn new procedures and continuously improve skills
Qualifications:
This position requires a Dental Assistant certification or license, as well as: High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited dental assisting program Current CPR certification Current X-ray certification Minimum of 1 years of dental assisting experience Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Positive attitude and professional appearance
